The Royal Academy of Engineers estimates that they need to train 75,000 professional engineers every year until at least 2020 to meet industry requirements.
There is currently a shortage due to the fact there are only 22,000 graduating each year!
The main paths into this industry are through a degree or a higher apprenticeship and both have different options available.
We are lucky enough to work with an outstanding university locally to us and we have some great apprentices who have recently joined us.
