CAL International is a privately owned company which has now been trading for 17 years. Our offices are based in the grounds of Lord Derby’s estate in Stanley Grange, Knowsley, and we specialise in engineering design solutions covering a range of sectors.

Our CAL team as grown in both numbers and expertise over the years to become a truly dynamic business which is able to react quickly to industry changes and move rapidly to meet all deadlines. Our services include design innovation, electronic engineering, design optimisation, reverse engineering & validation, production management, new product introduction (NPI), finite element analysis (FEA) and more.

CAL’s CEO, Cliff Kirby, is a qualified engineer who graduated with a degree in engineering in 2002. He has since worked alongside blue-chip companies building strong working relationships, creating unique working partnerships and having an intrinsic understanding of the development process.

COO, Paul Kearney, was employed help expand the company’s offerings with a history of experience in management and business development for a variety of large organisations.

Engineering Director, David Latham, brings a wealth of experience in both technical engineering and management of teams and relationships globally, overseeing CAL’s projects from first principle to production.

Andy Miller, Group Engineering Manager, coordinates people and tasks to exceed customers expectations and brings years of engineering experience and knowledge to the CAL management team.
